Andrea has been a qualified fitness and personal trainer for over 20 years and a pre/postpartum certified instructor for 3 years.

Since having her first baby in February 2024 she decided to focus on teaching online workouts to help other mummies regain their pre-pregnancy body after childbirth.  

​

"Having now experienced pregnancy and going through the postpartum experiences; the lack of sleep, the lack of time, changes to your body... I decided to put my knowledge into a programme to help mummies get through this stage of life in the most positive and effective way."  

​

She has gained a great amount of knowledge through her teachings in the last three years and hands on experience in the past 6 months.  She has learnt how to juggle her fitness routine along with experiencing the joys of motherhood and wants to motivate other mummies to do the same.

Ange puts the fun back into exercises for you and your baby.

MY MISSION

I love training.  It is an excellent way to form healthy habits.  In my pre/postnatal sessions I incorporate a variety of workouts.  From core and pelvic floor rehab to rebuild that foundation properly to strength training which strengthens bones, joints and burn calories.  I use bodyweight, resistance equipment and your baby which is the most fun.  I also include cardio exercises and stretching to improve your posture and ease any aches and pains.

The great thing about these online classes is you can join in from anywhere in the world from your home - no childcare needed.  Join in live so I can see you and correct your technique and form, and push you to your utmost limit from your own personal space.

 

All live workouts are saved in our members library for you to do in your own time.  I have also added 20 bonus on-demand workouts for you to complete in your own time ranging from 15 to 45 minutes.  With baby next to you doing their own tummy time exercises what better motivation can you get.
